Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Giovani delivers orders in a timely manner. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please get in touch with our customer care within an hour of ordering it. We will try our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that we cannot make cancellations for shipped orders.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Video Requirement: Upon receiving your order, please record a clear video that shows the unboxing process of the product. Ensure the video captures:
The external condition of the package upon arrival.
The opening of the package to reveal the product.
The product itself from different angles to demonstrate its condition.
We kindly ask that all items be returned in their original, unused condition. This includes all original packaging, as well as any included gifts or accessories. Please note that we are unable to process replacements, or exchanges for items that are not returned in a used condition.
