  • What happens if I decline to accept the delivery or do not accept it for whatever reason?
    To return a shipment for whatever reason while it is still in the delivering process, you must wait until you have received the package in your hands before requesting a return. Our Customer Care won't be able to assess the condition of the product and so cannot fulfill your return requests if you decline to accept the delivery package from the postman or do not pick up your delivery package from your local pick-up outlets. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse because of a following reason - Incorrect contact information - Wrong address - Customer misses the delivery since he or she is unavailable to pick up the parcel. we'll get in touch with you about re-paying the reshipment postage and arrange the reshipment.
